Official Giveaway Rules

This giveaway is sponsored by Afterly (“Sponsor”), and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Facebook.

Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

Entries are accepted from the announcement date through to the giveaway date for each monthly cycle. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

To be entered for a chance to win, complete all of the following:

• Follow @afterlyvault on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Create a free Afterly account at theafterly.com
• Like two (2) posts from Afterly across all platforms
• Share this with one friend who would like to register

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person using multiple accounts or identities will be disqualified.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about the announcement date. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner will be drawn from one of five platforms — Afterly, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok — which will be chosen the morning of the giveaway. To be in with a chance, make sure you follow or use all five.

One (1) winner will receive a $500 or $1,000 Visa gift card (the “Prize”). The exact prize value for each monthly cycle will be announced at the start of that cycle. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered Prize.

In addition to the main Prize, one (1) bonus winner will receive a $50 Visa gift card for the best or highest-voted comment across any of the five platforms. Sponsor will select the winning comment based on creativity, relevance, and community votes at its sole discretion. The bonus winner will be notified via direct message and announced alongside the main winner.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and release Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook from any and all liability associated with this giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Facebook. Each entrant provides information to Sponsor, not to these platforms.

Information collected from entrants is used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and, where consented to via account signup, in accordance with Afterly's Privacy Policy at theafterly.com/privacy.

The winner will be announced on social media following the conclusion of each monthly cycle. For the name of the winner, you may also send a request to hello@theafterly.com within 30 days of the announcement.
